one evening an old man told his son about a battle that goes on inside people. He said: " sonthe battle is between two wolves inside us all. One is evil - it is anger, envy, jeolousy, sorrow, regret, greed, guilt, lies and ego.
the other wolf is good- it is joy peace, truth serenity, humility, compassion and hope.
The son asked..." which wolf wins?"
the old man replies " the one you feed."
